Assessments & Site Investigations |

We cover the entire early phases of environmental assessments (Phase I, Phase II, Phase III) and site investigations including, but not limited to:
- Gathering historical information on past industrial/commercial usage by each owner
- Identifying the presence of any potentially contaminated areas of concern
- Collecting and interpreting aerial photographical history of the site and surrounding areas
- Using latest GIS database to identify all wetlands (freshwater, coastal, or tidal) plus all wetland buffers
- Identiftying the presence/absence of threatened or endangered species
- Identifying and delineating areas subject to the 100-year plain.
